"Before we started working together, I was concerned about whether I would be able to keep up with the workouts. Bridget was able to address my concerns by taking the time to understand my fitness level and goals and tailoring the workouts accordingly. She also provided modifications and progressions to make the workouts challenging yet achievable. My top goals before we began were to improve my overall fitness level. Through our training, I have been able to improve my endurance and strength. I feel more confident and energized in my day-to-day activities. Overall, working with Bridget has been a wonderful experience. She is an excellent trainer who is committed to helping her clients achieve their goals, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness and build muscle."


Despite taking a long break you made me return to my working weights relatively quickly. I like how you challenge me with my current achievements by setting higher goals.I noticed I get sick less frequently and I feel better regarding my health and my body. I see changes in my body and I like them. I think that one of the main reasons is that you motivate me enough to keep going to gym regularly. What is extremely important for me personally is that you never blame me or never provide any type of negative feedback. Even if I do something "not allowed" to always say "its OK" with explanation of potential consequences.You motivate me with your sport oriented attitude and with your beautiful shape! I find it great that you study sport-related topic quite deep and you know your subject from different perspectives including how it works for my body."

"I find I am still surprised at how much easier everything in life is when you have extra strength to draw on when ever needed. As an unexpected bonus I no longer have pain in my shoulder and have a far greater range of motion. I had a long standing chronic shoulder injury when I started and I thought that would exclude me from many exercises. However, because the plan was so tailored I found I was able to do more than I originally thought and build strength into part of my body that I had given up on. I loved getting constant feed back on technique - how and what muscles I needed to engage. I found that my mind wandered less and I got more out of the set if I was drawn to and reminded about focusing on the correct movements."

Because of you in 2022 I seriously started to take better care of my health, I lost weight, started focusing on what I was eating, and fell in love with working out again.
